What is the difference between drop-off and full-service corporate catering?
Drop-off catering means we deliver and set up food — no service staff included. Full-service means our team stays for the duration: setup, service, and breakdown. Full-service is the right choice for events where guest experience and professional service matter as much as the food itself.
How far in advance should I book full-service corporate catering?
We recommend 3-4 weeks minimum for most corporate events, and 6-8 weeks for larger or more complex events. We accommodate shorter timelines when availability allows.
Do you coordinate with our venue directly?
Yes. We work with your venue team ahead of the event to manage setup requirements, kitchen access, and logistics. You should not have to manage that coordination.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions for a mixed corporate group?
Yes. Dietary accommodations — vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, allergens — are built into every menu proposal from the start.
Do you offer beverage service and bar programs for corporate events?
